We are excited to share that we are targeting Monday, June 1st as the date to reopen our doors and begin to service our clients once again. We will be open Monday-Wednesday, only in our Flatiron location at this time. Currently due to the uncertain situation, we are only booking 1 month at a time, and hopefully we will be able to open more days soon. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and will update you of any changes.
We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our customers, and associates very seriously, and as our existing clients already know here at Fluid we pride ourselves on cleanliness. So in light of COVID-19 our clinic will be taking extra cleaning & sanitizing precautions throughout the day and between clients. We will also be installing Tersano in the office. Tersano is a water Ozone machine for disinfecting and acts as an air purifier and steam cleaner that creates stable air for 24 hours. Learn more about Tersano here: www.tersano.com
We do ask our clients to assist in helping us during this process by following these rules when entering our office:
- You must wear a mask when entering the office. We will not provide masks, If you do not have a mask you will not be seen.
- Please come to your appointment alone, no exceptions.
- Only come at your appointment time, no clients will be allowed to wait in the waiting area.
- Please wash your hands as soon as you enter and after your session.
New disinfection protocols have been added to our current strict ones to assure the safety of our clients and therapists.
- Professional-grade ozone air purifiers spread throughout our office.
- Commercial grade disinfecting steam cleaner will be used after each client.
- Chairs will be covered with plastic covers that will be disinfected after each client.
- All of our staff will be fully covered, mask, gloves, shoe covers, and disposable gowns.
- Antibacterial gel and wipes will be placed throughout our office.
We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our customers and communities as needed.
